New build window packages, specified properly
We work with builders, architects, and owner-builders to specify and supply windows for new homes and extensions. Energy-rating, BAL exposure, council overlay constraints, and the architect’s design intent all factor into the spec — we run that conversation upfront.
What we do
Provide drawings and we return a window schedule with frame material, glazing spec, U-values, BAL ratings, and a fixed price. Supply runs 6–12 weeks from order; install schedules to your build sequence.
Pricing context
Average new-build window package: $25,000–$80,000 supplied and fitted. Premium uPVC double-glazed packages on architecturally-designed builds can exceed $120,000.
Every quote is fixed in writing after the on-site measure. No “from $X” anchor games — the range above is what real Adelaide jobs cost.
Where we work
We install across Adelaide CBD, the Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern Suburbs, and the Adelaide Hills. On-site measure within five working days; written quote within 48 hours of the visit.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work directly with builders?
Yes. We run a builder-priced supply-and-fit channel separately, and integrate into the build sequence. Many of our owner-builder jobs run on the same channel by arrangement.
Can you provide BAL certification?
Yes. For BAL-29, BAL-40, and BAL-FZ exposures, we supply certified frame and glazing systems and provide the certification documentation for council.
Do you handle the energy-rating compliance documentation?
We supply the U-values and SHGC values per opening, which feed into the project’s NatHERS or BASIX assessment. The energy assessor uses our values as part of the overall whole-of-house calculation.
