Terms of service
Clearfox Windows is a trading name of JR Digital Services Pty Ltd (ABN 15 677 761 787). These terms govern any quote we provide and any window supply or installation work we complete.
Quotes
Written quotes are valid for 30 days. Pricing is fixed for the scope on the quote; variations to scope may be charged at our standard rates. We do not charge for the on-site measure.
Deposits + payment
Standard window installs require a 50% deposit on order, with the balance due on completion. Larger jobs may follow a milestone payment schedule documented on the quote.
Supply timeframes
Standard frame and glazing supply runs 4–8 weeks from order. Custom or imported product (premium uPVC, specific timber species, BAL-rated systems) may extend to 8–12 weeks. The quote documents the expected timeframe.
Warranty
- 10 years on workmanship and frame supply
- Manufacturer warranties on glazing units (typically 10–15 years on sealed double-glazed units)
- Warranty claims handled directly with Clearfox Windows; we coordinate with manufacturers where needed
Cancellation
Once a deposit is paid and an order placed with the supplier, cancellation is subject to supplier restocking conditions. If you cancel before order placement, the deposit is fully refundable.
Liability
Clearfox Windows carries $20M public liability cover. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the contracted work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
